About Aftab Miah
Aftab Miah, who has always been body conscious. An entrepreneur’s brain in a professional sportsman’s physique. Aftab trains hard and in 2013 became a professional MMA athlete and has over 100 bouts in all levels and different disciplines. In 2015 he turned pro in Muay Thai and is currently training and competing. Aftab has found all of his training enhanced by the practice of Dynamic Hot Yoga with all that it brings; including improvement in nerve flow and faster reflexes. He feels quicker and yet relaxed with his breathing posture.
As a sportsman he also understands the issue of injuries, how useful DHY is to recovery and has a strong desire to see as many other people as possible enjoy this benefit. He believes that the DHY System can help people recover and live a normal life. And not just injured people, everyone can improve their lives through the balancing of mind and body with conscious breathing.
As a successful businessman Aftab is investing and building DHY into a fantastic centre for the benefit of all its members. Now the new venture of Pt hub to bring you a smart centre for all to teach and train in Hove.

About Afsor Miah
Afsor has played semi-pro football as well as enjoying a wide range of other sport activities including gym training, MMA, and boxing.
He continues to work out regularly at the gym but has found since he discovered Dynamic Hot Yoga that all of his training has benefited as it has done wonders for his cardio and core strength and mentally improved his focus. This mental calm has also benefited his career in business management at which he has long experience in the financial sector working for leading banks.
Now he is delighted to be able to combine his love of yoga with his career in his management role at DHY. From his very first class Afsor felt incredible and really relaxed after the session.
His goal is to see more and more people getting involved with DHY and to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

Ashraf Miah has been competing in MMA - k1 kick boxing since 2010 and turned professional in 2016.
Ashraf has been teaching since 2015 MMA, Muay Thai and fitness classes.
He also trains regularly in all disciplines.
Ashraf will be guiding you in MMA and striking classes at PT Hub alongside his brother - Coach Aftab Miah. Ashraf will teach techniques he has learnt over the years and get you to the best fitness level to your ability.

About Ben Murphy
Ben is an accomplished athlete and as a professional boxer fought for the British lightweight title on two occasions.
As part of his intensive training regime for those bouts, Ben started to include Dynamic Hot Yoga to increase his flexibility, speed and power. Yoga became as important to him as boxing and when he decided to retire from boxing, the path of becoming a yoga teacher was a natural progression.
He qualified as a teacher in 2010 and has been teaching at DHY ever since, with his early morning sessions a speciality.
Ben believes that the focus on breath and bandha in DHY really takes you inside yourself to explore, adjust, heal, and realign your structure with gravity and the cosmos, opening the mind and energy flow, making you feel vibrant, energised, relaxed, and on fire.
Ben sharing this inner process of inner transformation, exploring the physical body in DHY practice, to can continually make progress physically, mentally and spiritually.

About Patryk Targalski
Pedro is a versatile and all rounded athlete, coming from the background of boxing and weightlifting he’s currently a Wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu practitioner with level 2 diploma in personal training.
He’s been working with people in wide range of age from 16 to 60 years old. Inspired by Functional Patterns program Pedro is focusing on compound kettlebell training, HIIT workouts, Circuits, Boxercise, Functional Plyometric exercises for athletes or simple fun creative workouts to keep your body & mind in shape.
He’s also a coach in Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling doing 1 2 1 training and small groups.

Lewis Groves

About Lewis Groves
Lewis Groves started training in Wing Chun and Kickboxing in the early days before moving on to long distance running and marathons.
Moving to Asia (East Timor) in his twenties to work, he began organising training sessions and circuits for ex-pats there as a hobby. A chance meeting with a Krav Maga Instructor in these sessions rekindled his love for martial arts and began training in Krav Maga.
In 2014 he completed his Krav Maga Instructor course certified by the Israeli Sports Institute (Wingate Institute) with International Krav Maga (IKM).
In 2015 he moved back to the UK and started teaching classes in the evening before opening his own full-time club - Krav Maga Evolve - in 2019. He continues to train in Kickboxing and look to other martial arts and sports to make improvements.
He is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Exercise referral Instructor.

Chloe is a well renowned pole dancer, as well as owning her own studio she also travels Europe teaching Xpert Instructor Training.
Chloe also competes Nationally and holds a few national titles, she also performs professionally in Brighton and travels the Uk and Europe teaching her own workshops.

Ian and Nick have over 50+ years combined training and teaching experience in Wudang Tai Chi Chuan.
We teach Tai Chi Chuan as it was originally intended to be.
A dynamic close quarter wrestling style that uses strikes, kicks and throws to disrupt and unbalance your opponent.
This class focuses on Tai Chi Chuan wrestling and continuous contact flow sparring to improve your agility, endurance, strength and equip you with the skills to defend yourself.
Class will include contact work 18+ only.
Please bring a gum shield.
Women are advised to wear a chest protector.
